After a period of fourteen years was devoted to human resource management in the private sector, including the company's Česká spořitelna, a.s., Skanska, a.s. In recent years, she served as Senior Vice President, also responsible for social corporate responsibility, communications and PR. Zuzana worked with many institutions and companies in the role of independent consultant. She studied general medicine in the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University. Director of Otevřená společnost, o.p.s. happened in 2011.

Mgr. Míla O'Sullivan

She received her Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. In past, she held positions in the business sector, public as well as non-governmental spheres.  Mila worked on human rights issues in the Open Society Foundation Praha and since November 2007, she has been engaged in gender equality projects in the Open Society.

Interested in police performance since 2000, Michal started to cooperate with Open Society, p.b.c. in 2003. He graduated in sociology at Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles Univesity in Prague and continues in its studies as postgraduate at University of Economics, Prague. He participated in short study visits at Thames Valley Police in UK and Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Canada and in four months Fulbright fellowship at Police Foundation in Washington, D.C. Mainly he is engaged in expertise of uniformed police performance and human ressources management in security bodies.

Completed an English Studies programme at Philosophical Faculty at Masaryk University in Brno and is about to graduate in gender studies at Faculty of Humanities at Charles University in Prague. She was awarded several bursaries at universities in Great Britain. Her long-term experience is based on English language teaching using communicative method as well as translation and proofreading of legal texts.

 

Ondřej Skalník

Ondřej is instructor of self-defence and he is engaged in criminal prevention programmes. Also he lectures safe behavior approaches at Elementary and Secondary Schools with  o.s. TILIUS in Příbram region. He is studying International teritorial studies at Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.
With Open Society, o.p.s. he has been working since March 2009 in ProPolice Center as a project coordinator. Particulary he is concerned with run of website policista.cz and promotion of community policing into Czech Police practice, especially through education.

Oldřich Kužílek

As a former Member of Parliament of the Czech Republic, Oldřich pushed forward Act No. 106/1999 Coll on Free Access to Information to be adopted and implemented. Currently he serves as executive assistant to the Member of Senat of the Czech Republic.
